Take 3 days and write down everything that you ate from mourning to dinner and snacks in between.

After three days you are going to have a pretty good idea of what you have been putting into your body. You will see that you were eating far far to many calories. Many times people have no idea how much they are eating or really how many calories they consume. Once you have your sheet of what you ate and have your calories added up then you take round about and run with that. Example, day one 1,800 calories, day 2, 2,300 and day three, 2,400 you would even out and round to around 2,000 a day so this means that for the next 7 days you must consume no more then 1,000 calories a day. Do this for seven days and see the weight fall off.
